St. Marys’ Youth Member Recipient of Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Scholarship

Congratulations to St. Marys’ youth member T.J. Singer on being 2019 recipient of BGCA Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Scholarship to enhance his passion towards baseball. This scholarship is open to all Boys & Girls Club members across the country, as Singer beat thousands of other children across the country. The Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation recognizes talented Club members with annual scholarships of up to $3,500 to help them develop their skill or talent in categories such as sports, fine arts, performing arts, and STEM (https://www.mlb.com/news/hank-aarons-chasing-the-dream-foundation-awards-scholarships/c-70807052). The application process included providing copies of 2 years of grade history, three letters of recommendation, budget and balance sheet, etc. Check out the full video of T.J. receiving his scholarship below.
